Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

  1. All transactions and contracts are formed between the customers (the ‘Customer’) and Soda Living Pte Ltd (the ‘Company’).
  2. All prices stated on the website are on the basis of self-collection without assembly or delivery unless otherwise stated. Self-Collection shall be on Sundays only (except Public Holidays) from 10 am - 5 pm. The Customer will be notified by email regarding the arrangement of self-collection or delivery of the products.
  3. The Company shall not be responsible for the Customers’ vehicles when the Customers transport the products using their own vehicles in the vicinity of
    the premises.
  4. The Company shall not be responsible for any consequential damages.
  5. The Company’s liability shall be limited to, and shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
  6. For any exchange, goods shall be returned in the original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. The Company reserves right to reject any exchange request if the goods are deemed to be unsellable or with damaged or dirtied packaging. For an exchange request, the Customer shall email to lifestyleattagore@gmail.com with clear photographs and other detailed information on the dispute(s). Upon the approval of the exchange request, an Approval Email will be sent to the Customer and the Approval Email shall be physically presented to the Collection Centre before the point of exchange.
  7. Arrivals without a proper appointment at the Collection Centre will not be entertained.
  8. All ready-to-assemble furniture using chipboard panels will be standardized to be with two finished sides only. Panel edges, holes and certain sections remain unfinished. Hidden structural components will use recycled materials and their colors, textures and types of materials may differ from those of the
    exposed materials.
  9. The products use components that are of natural, handmade or recycled materials. These products will, therefore, have the finishes and inherent properties of such materials. Customers acknowledge that they are fully aware of such variations and imperfections inherent in such materials and that they do not constitute defects in the products. The color, grain, and texture of each furniture are unique. Aging and use will also affect the color and texture of furniture. Every batch of wood, shellac, stain, leather and other materials has variations. This applies to customized as well as mass-produced furniture. These natural occurrences shall not be deemed as defects.
  10. Goods sent for repair will take Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) working days. An on-site job will not be provided.
  11. Customers who are deemed to be abusive or displaying inappropriate behavior will not be entertained under any circumstances.

  13. All products that are listed or labeled or stated for Commercial Use Only shall be strictly for business or commercial use. The Exchange Policy shall be immediately voided if the products are being or have been served for any non-business or non-commercial purpose.
  14. The Company’s Collection Centre is located at 25 Tagore Lane #01-04 Singapore 787602 (access via the loading bay).
  15. Necessary documents shall be presented at the point of collection, refund, parts exchange or repair of goods. No service will be provided without the proper documentation. Such documents shall include invoices (physical or digital copies) as well as the confirmation emails from lifestyleattagore@gmail.com with the necessary information. The Customers shall be fully responsible for the self-collection and all purchased goods shall be collected within Fourteen (14) days from the date of the transaction. A storage fee of $10 per item per day shall be chargeable otherwise.
  16. The date and the timing of any self-collection or delivery requested by the Customer during the online checkout process are not binding. The Customer shall email to lifestyleattagore@gmail.com for the confirmation of the specific date and timing for the self-collection or delivery.
  17. Vouchers of any kind, similar or otherwise, shall not be used in conjunction with one another. Vouchers automatically expire in 180 days after the date of issuance.
  18. The Company shall remain in title to and possession of goods until full payment for the purchased item(s), including service charges has been made.
  19. Without prejudice, the Company reserves the right to reject any order that is due to data entry error or any other reasons. This applies to all transactions with “zero” priced items and the amount of any refund from the Company shall be only limited to the actual amount paid by the customer.
  20. Repeated, rescheduled deliveries due to Customers’ unavailability or for support are chargeable. Customers shall make the best effort to ensure all necessary arrangements with landlords, tenants, and mall managements to facilitate smooth delivery. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling of the deliveries at the sole discretion of the Company.
  21. No deliveries will be arranged on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  22. The Customers shall be responsible for rescheduling any missed deliveries. The rescheduling of deliveries can be made by emailing to lifestyleattagore@gmail.com.
  23. The Company’s delivery personnel are not allowed to remove any item(s) from Customers’ premises during deliveries for any purpose, including disposal unless it is an Ordered Service. The safety of our delivery personnel at or around the Customers’ premises is the responsibility of the Customer.
  24. All Customers claims are strictly limited to, and shall not exceed, the price of the purchased item(s) in question, not including the delivery charges that have already been incurred.
  25. The Company will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or whatsoever that may occur through the misuse, alteration or faulty assembly of any of its products.
  26. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  27. For any exchange claims, the Company has the right to inspect the furniture concerned. Failure to provide access will void all Exchange Policy obligations.
  28. The Company’s obligations are to the original purchaser/recipient. Any Exchange Policy obligations are voided if title of the furniture is transferred to another party.
  29. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices for services and Exchange Policy without prior notice or permission from any party.
